5. Vehicle Condition

Urban Gleam takes reasonable care when working on vehicles.

However, the company is not responsible for:

  • pre-existing damage

  • fragile components

  • worn paint or trim

  • previously damaged interior materials

Customers are encouraged to notify the technician of any sensitive areas prior to the service.
